Sr. LEGAL OFFICER

1. Bachelor degree in Law

3. Preferably Male, Age max. 37 years old
4. Have experience in dealing structuring transactions in the field of infrastructure investment, banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and operational cooperation at the Foreign Affairs; Litigation in the General Court, the Industrial Relations Court, Commercial Court and Arbitration
5. Have an Advocate license
6. Fluently in English, familiar report in English and other foreign language (Minimum TOEFL score : 550)
